You better like tart!  This one is so lemony...with blueberries too!  Serves twelve.

Six vegetarian, bacon or both breakfast hand pies.  They are baked in a wonderfully buttery crust adding an awesome flavor.  All the vegetables are roasted using olive oil, salt and pepper.

Boy do we like this one! We put tart and firm apples in our buttery pie shell and then top with brown sugar and cinnamon crumb top. Crunchy and sweet! Our 9" pies serve up to eight.
